Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and develop retail teams through training, coaching, and performance reviews
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated customer issues
- Manage branch budgets, expense controls, and operational efficiency
- Implement company policies and maintain compliance with retail regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience with proven sales leadership
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
- Demonstrated success in team building and staff development
- Knowledge of inventory control and visual merchandising best practices
