Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily outlet operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Drive sales performance through team coaching and customer engagement strategies
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance brand presentation
- Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost foot traffic and sales
- Train and mentor staff on product knowledge and service excellence
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Retail, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in retail management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven track record in sales performance and KPI achievement
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
