New Tech Furniture is seeking an energetic and results-driven Branch Manager to head our showroom operations in Tuaran District, Sabah. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily showroom operations, and mentoring a high-performing retail team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
As the Branch Manager, you will act as the strategic driver of your branch. You will execute sales strategies, monitor local market trends, manage inventory levels, and maintain optimal merchandising standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail furniture branch, ensuring high operational standards and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and customer service KPIs.
- Ensure visually appealing and clean merchandising layouts in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, stock takes, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain the brand's reputation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for upper management review.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, preferably within the furniture, home decor, or consumer durables industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (knowledge of local dialects is an advantage).
- Capable of working flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
