- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive branch growth and profitability
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management, logistics coordination, and quality control

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and community stakeholders
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or branch management
- Proven track record in business development and revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and coaching
- Expertise in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of local market preferred
