Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations including staff management, inventory control, and customer service standards
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Lead, mentor, and train branch staff to enhance performance and professional development
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and community stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in automotive sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial and operational data
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments
