- Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet in Kluang
- Lead, motivate, and manage retail staff to achieve sales targets

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
