Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring high efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead, train, mentor, and supervise a team of staff to ensure high morale and productivity.
- Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met at all times to enhance customer loyalty.
- Manage stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and operational improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in point-of-sale systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Retail Management is preferred.
