Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service standards
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Train, mentor, and motivate store teams to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor store finances, including budgeting, expense control, and cash management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and retail best practices
- Manage store appearance, merchandising, and promotional displays
- Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in retail management with proven P&L responsibility
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid Malaysian driver's license (if applicable to store location)
