- Oversee daily clinic operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and service delivery
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand client base and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and train clinical staff to maintain service excellence and professional standards
- Monitor financial performance, analyze KPIs, and implement cost optimization measures
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory compliance protocols
- Foster strong client relationships through personalized service and feedback systems
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and community outreach
- Collaborate with suppliers to source premium products and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in aesthetic/beauty or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of clinic operations, team leadership, and P&L management
- Extensive knowledge of aesthetic treatments, procedures, and industry trends
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue optimization
- Exceptional communication skills for client relations and team development
- Certification in aesthetic medicine or healthcare management preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
