Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Chery showroom and service center to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team of sales and service staff to maximize individual and team performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and visual merchandising standards to enhance the showroom experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive retail, sales management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
