- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient workflow management
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to maximize performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock rotation for bakery/food ingredients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in bakery ingredients, food ingredients, or FMCG sector
- Proven track record in branch management and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of local Denpasar/Bali market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable business plans
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and CRM software
