PKT Wholesale Warehouse is currently seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager / Executive to oversee our operations in Jerteh, Terengganu. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our branch, responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance culture among your team.
As the Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of the store's P&L, ensuring that we maintain industry-leading standards in inventory management, customer service, and cost control. We are looking for an analytical thinker and a natural leader who is passionate about wholesale operations and capable of translating company targets into actionable daily goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee daily branch operations to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock control, replenishment, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Implement cost-control measures to optimize branch profitability and operational margins.
- Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to branch staff to foster professional growth.
- Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Drive local marketing efforts and customer relationship initiatives to expand our market presence in Terengganu.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail, wholesale, or FMCG operational management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and stock control systems.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexible and adaptable; willing to work retail hours including weekends or public holidays as required.
- Residency or willingness to relocate to Jerteh, Terengganu.
