Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Conduct competitor analysis and market trend monitoring for denim/fashion sector
- Ensure compliance with company policies, visual standards, and safety regulations
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience in fashion/denim sector
- Proven track record of sales target achievement and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills for inventory management and financial oversight
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems (ERP, POS)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons
