Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the Pagadian City branch to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of optical staff and sales associates.
- Manage the store's Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, control operational costs, and drive profitability.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, handling escalated customer concerns professionally.
- Supervise inventory management, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Ensure the branch adheres strictly to company policies, visual merchandising standards, and health protocols.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in Pagadian to adjust business strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager, or Assistant Manager in retail (optical, fashion, or FMCG is a plus).
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience managing a P&L.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team motivation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage KPIs, and achieve business objectives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Pagadian City, Zamboanga Del Sur.
