- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with retail standards
- Monitor store performance through KPI tracking and implement strategies for continuous improvement
- Manage inventory control, stock levels, and loss prevention measures
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with optical technicians and corporate support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare operational reports and provide insights for business development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience with preference for optical industry background
- Proven track record in team leadership, sales performance, and inventory control
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in retail management systems and basic accounting principles
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of optical products, lens technology, and industry trends
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between store locations
