Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily marine and shipping operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and compliance with industry regulations
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive branch growth and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of maritime professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including port authorities, shipping lines, and clients
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage branch budget, resource allocation, and operational expenditures
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental sustainability standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marine/shipping operations with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven track record in branch management or operational leadership within maritime sector
- Deep understanding of shipping regulations, port operations, and logistics management
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications in maritime operations or logistics management highly desirable
