Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations including staff scheduling, cash management, and service delivery
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff through performance coaching and training
- Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, compliance standards, and risk management protocols
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Implement digital banking initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years banking experience with 2+ years in supervisory/management role
- Proven track record in sales targets achievement and team leadership
- Strong knowledge of retail banking products, services, and regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid banking certification (e.g., AKPK, PIA) preferred
