In this pivotal role, you will act as the face of the branch, ensuring that our high standards of customer service are met while driving sales performance and operational efficiency.
As the PIC, you will be responsible for leading your team to success, managing daily store logistics, and fostering an environment where both staff and customers feel valued. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure maximum productivity and service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, oversee stock replenishments, and ensure accurate store reporting.
- Implement brand-standard visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews to foster a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team building and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and manage budgets.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle high-pressure situations.
