Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations and ensure a smooth workflow across all departments.
- Monitor sales performance and implement effective strategies to exceed monthly targets.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of retail staff to foster a positive culture.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and brand representation at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, control stock, and coordinate visual merchandising displays.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively to maintain brand reputation.
- Prepare and manage branch budgets and expense reports accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in driving sales and managing a high-performing team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.
