Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily retail operations including staffing, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch targets and KPIs
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to deliver outstanding customer service
- Monitor financial performance, control expenses, and ensure profitability
- Implement company policies and maintain compliance with retail regulations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (5+ years experience may substitute)
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience with proven team leadership

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
