Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the Roxas City branch to ensure peak efficiency and productivity.
- Drive sales growth by implementing effective retail strategies and ensuring the team hits monthly and quarterly targets.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and regular auditing of optical products.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate staff performance to maintain a high standard of professional service and product knowledge.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and health and safety regulations.
- Resolve customer concerns and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute localized promotional campaigns and events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the optical or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and operational benchmarks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Hiligaynon/Tagalog.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in retail software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
