Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate branch staff to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering customer loyalty.
- Manage end-to-end branch inventory, including stock replenishment, regular auditing, and loss prevention protocols.
- Develop strategies to drive foot traffic and increase store profitability within the Taguig area.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for regional management.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and visual merchandising guidelines to ensure an appealing store environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or in a senior supervisory role within the retail industry.
- Strong background in inventory management, sales tracking, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and inspire a diverse team.
- Superior communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to business challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and meet strict deadlines.
