Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure strict compliance with bank regulations and internal policies.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of bank officers and support staff to achieve peak performance.
- Drive sales and revenue targets by actively promoting banking products, such as deposits, loans, and insurance.
- Foster a customer-centric culture by building strong relationships with both corporate and retail clients.
- Manage branch finances, including budgeting, cost control, and preparing accurate performance reports.
- Handle high-level customer inquiries and resolve complex issues to maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and enhance the branch's market presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Excellent knowledge of banking products, risk management, and compliance procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
