- Manage daily branch operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets
- Develop and execute merchandising plans to maximize product visibility and sales
- Lead, train, and motivate retail teams to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and retail regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely product replenishment and promotions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
