Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control procedures.
- Build strong relationships with customers and resolve complaints to ensure high satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies for business growth.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage the store budget, control operational costs, and maximize profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
