Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share in the Balikpapan area.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch marketing and sales team to achieve and exceed monthly performance targets.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dealers, partners, and key clients.
- Manage the branch marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI on promotional activities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure team growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and financial regulations in all branch operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the multi-finance or banking industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of the Balikpapan market landscape and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Proficient in using CRM software and data analysis tools to track performance metrics.
- Resilient, target-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
