Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, direct, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly funding disbursement targets.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to the local market in Jambi to drive customer acquisition.
- Oversee branch operations to ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing campaigns and product positioning.
- Manage the branch budget efficiently, allocating resources for promotional activities and team development.
- Build strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders to expand the branch’s market reach.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, branch management, or financial marketing.
- Proven track record of leading a sales team and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of the cash loan or microfinance industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and verbal) is an advantage.
