Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Taguig City branch to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement local marketing and promotional strategies to hit revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate branch staff, fostering a collaborative, highly motivated, and customer-centric work environment.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by resolving escalations promptly and maintaining service quality.
- Manage inventory, handle cash operations, and prepare accurate weekly/monthly administrative and financial reports.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, operating procedures, and local safety and sanitary regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Wellness/Beauty Management, or any related field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in branch management, operations, or retail leadership roles.
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive training at the Head Office in Quezon City prior to deployment.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work onsite in Taguig City and adapt to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
