Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise both operational and technology teams to ensure KPIs are met and exceeded.
- Design and implement inventory performance control strategies to optimize stock accuracy and flow.
- Evaluate team performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and development plans to enhance output.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the warehouse and logistics workflow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline operational processes and reduce lead times.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all facilities.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance work environment that encourages proactive problem-solving.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations management.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory to communicate with international stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI tools).
- Demonstrated success in leadership roles with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
- Deep understanding of inventory control methodologies and continuous improvement techniques (Six Sigma, Lean).
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced industrial environment.
