Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all operational activities to ensure seamless execution of events, facility maintenance, and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with the company's long-term objectives and vision.
- Oversee the preparation of operational budgets, financial forecasting, and effective resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and corporate governance policies.
- Foster a positive, high-performance culture through effective team leadership, mentorship, and conflict resolution.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, drive efficiency, and optimize processes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management within the corporate or public sector.
- Proven track record of strategic planning, team leadership, and successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
