Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and service delivery
- Implement and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company protocols
- Lead branch staff through coaching, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency and enhance patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with Lipa, Batangas facility for cross-functional operational support
- Monitor financial performance including budget management and expense control
- Prepare operational reports and implement improvement initiatives
- Ensure seamless integration with Quezon City head office during training periods
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare operations or branch management
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proven leadership skills with staff development experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in multi-location environments (Lipa, Quezon City, Mandaluyong)
- Willingness to undergo training at Quezon City head office
