BioEssence Group Of Companies is a leader in the Healthcare & Medical industry, and we are seeking a dedicated Branch Operations Manager to lead our branch in Marikina City. As a Branch Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in the strategic direction and daily execution of our branch goals. You will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects, from staff management and inventory control to customer service and financial reporting. Your ability to optimize processes and lead a high-performing team will directly impact the company's success and the quality of care we provide to our patients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Marikina branch to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of staff to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the head office in Quezon City for training and strategic alignment.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics to prevent stock shortages.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction rates.
- Prepare and manage branch budgets to ensure profitability and cost control.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or Operations Manager in the Healthcare/Medical sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for onsite work (Lipa, Batangas) and training (Quezon City).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
