Tanggung Jawab
- Drive branch sales targets by actively promoting Metrobank products (deposits, loans, insurance, investments)
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Process account applications and transactions with accuracy and compliance
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in Makati
- Collaborate with branch colleagues to achieve collective sales objectives
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in product training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of offerings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service (banking preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client focus
- Basic knowledge of banking products and financial regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid NBI clearance and clean credit history
