Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management or team leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a direct selling environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting tools
- Knowledge of local market conditions and consumer preferences in Batangas
