Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure seamless workflow and optimal productivity.
- Drive branch sales performance to consistently meet or exceed established income and revenue targets.
- Manage, coach, and mentor branch staff to cultivate high performance and professional growth.
- Ensure full adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and local regulatory compliance.
- Manage inventory levels and cash handling procedures with strict accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and submit accurate periodic reports regarding branch performance and operational status.
- Address customer concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
- Proven work experience as a Branch Supervisor, Store Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales management, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic retail POS systems.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Silang, Cavite.
