Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily branch operations including staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and performance monitoring
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

- Conduct inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention measures
- Train and mentor branch staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Kualifikasi
