Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the SM City CDO Uptown branch to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring targets and implementing effective strategies to meet or exceed KPIs.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of retail associates to achieve their best.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalations professionally and promptly.
- Manage inventory levels, stock organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Prepare and analyze daily sales reports and operational summaries.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct a team.
