Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient workflow and optimal performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels
- Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail or consumer products industry
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
