Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily operations of the NAIA lounge, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with company standards
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of lounge staff to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure operational readiness and cost efficiency
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, company policies, and operational procedures
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and enhance guest experiences through personalized service

Kualifikasi
