Concerted Management Corporation, a key player in the Retail & Consumer Products industry, is searching for an energetic and results-oriented Branch Supervisor to lead our team in the beautiful island paradise of Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro.
As the Branch Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of our operations. Your primary mission is to oversee daily branch activities, ensuring a seamless blend of exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and robust profitability. You will drive sales targets, manage inventory, enforce compliance protocols, and cultivate a high-performing team dedicated to excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch to meet income, operational, and compliance targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a compliant and efficient workplace.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal product availability.
- Prepare and review sales performance reports, identify trends, and implement action plans to drive revenue growth.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution and satisfaction.
- Manage branch finances, including cash handling, petty cash, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in retail, consumer products, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales performance.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledgeable in inventory management, sales reporting, and POS systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to relocate or be assigned in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro.
