Are you a driven retail professional ready to take on a leadership challenge? Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a highly-motivated Branch Supervisor to join our team in Santo Tomas, Batangas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all facets of daily branch operations, ensuring that we consistently meet income targets, operational standards, and compliance requirements.
As a Branch Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team, foster a customer-centric environment, and drive sales growth while maintaining the highest levels of service quality. You will also be instrumental in implementing company policies, controlling inventory, and optimizing processes to achieve branch objectives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Drive revenue growth by implementing promotional strategies and upselling initiatives
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance, sales metrics, and operational issues
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment at all times
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, consumer products, or a similar industry
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record in achieving sales and operational targets
- Knowledge of inventory management and basic financial reporting
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving orientation
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed
