We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Branch Supervisor to lead our Valencia branch in Quezon City. This full-time role is vital to our operations, focusing on ensuring the branch consistently meets its income, operational, and compliance targets.
As the Branch Supervisor, your daily tasks will include supervising branch staff, coordinating schedules, training team members, and fostering a positive work environment. You will monitor sales performance, analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize revenue while controlling expenses. Inventory management is a key responsibility, requiring regular audits, stock ordering, and minimizing shrinkage. Additionally, you will ensure that all branch activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards. Customer satisfaction is paramount; you will address client concerns, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers.
The successful candidate will possess a degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with proven supervisory experience in a retail setting. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
