You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our daily sales and administrative workflows run smoothly, providing exceptional support to our sales team and ensuring an excellent experience for our customers. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and data entry for branch sales transactions.
- Support the sales team in preparing necessary paperwork and agreements for car inspections and sales.
- Ensure branch records and customer databases are updated accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth operational workflows.
- Manage front-desk inquiries and provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and branch appearance to meet company standards.
- Generate weekly operational reports to assist branch management in tracking performance targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a similar sales-admin role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Possess a positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage.
