You will lead the end-to-end execution of high-end events, product launches, and brand activations that reflect the brilliance and prestige of Flawless Diamonds. The ideal candidate is an expert at creating 'wow' moments, comfortable managing high-budget activations, and adept at using data-driven insights to refine CRM strategies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand activation strategies that align with our annual marketing calendar.
  • Plan and manage high-profile events, including product previews, VIP galas, and boutique activations.
  • Oversee CRM initiatives to increase customer retention, lifetime value, and engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Monitor and analyze the ROI of all activations and campaigns, providing actionable reports to management.
  • Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and timelines to ensure efficiency and excellence.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in event management, brand activation, or luxury retail marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale events from concept through to post-event analysis.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools and luxury market consumer behavior in Indonesia.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • High level of professional grooming and poise, reflecting the luxury nature of our brand.
