Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for building brands and forging meaningful partnerships? PT Dapur Sehat Indonesia is looking for a creative and result-oriented Brand Activation & Partnership Lead to join our growing team in Tangerang Selatan. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand vision and our target audience, orchestrating impactful activations that drive engagement and growth.
You will be responsible for developing end-to-end activation strategies, managing collaborative partnerships, and ensuring our brand voice resonates across all physical and digital touchpoints. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand activation strategies to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with third-party brands, influencers, and community stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate on-ground events and promotional activities in line with the overall marketing calendar.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and event organizers.
- Present campaign progress and performance reports to the management team.
- Ensure all brand materials align with company guidelines and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in brand activation, event management, or partnership marketing.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to articulate brand value clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) for reporting and strategy documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle diverse stakeholders.
- High creativity, high energy, and a results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
