Multi Indocitra is seeking a dynamic Brand Activation Specialist to drive impactful marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives. In this role, you'll orchestrate end-to-end brand activation strategies that elevate market presence and foster meaningful customer connections. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative experiential campaigns, manage event logistics, and measure campaign effectiveness through KPIs. This position requires a creative thinker with strong execution skills who can translate brand objectives into memorable consumer experiences while maintaining budget efficiency and brand consistency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand activation strategies aligned with marketing objectives
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end implementation of marketing events and community programs
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance through KPIs and generate actionable insights for optimization
- Coordinate with creative teams to produce compelling activation materials and content
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and external agencies
- Maintain detailed project documentation and budget management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in brand activation, event management, or marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end activation projects in Jakarta market
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and deadline compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in campaign analytics tools and performance measurement
- Creative problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to changing market conditions
