Are you a passionate communicator with a flair for lifestyle marketing? Staffinc Group is seeking a high-energy Brand Affiliate to represent BONDS by IQOS in Surabaya. This is a dynamic role designed for individuals who thrive on building brand awareness and providing top-tier consumer education in a fast-paced retail environment.
As a Brand Affiliate, you will be the face of our brand, helping adult smokers transition to better alternatives by providing insightful product demonstrations, explaining the value proposition of the BONDS by IQOS technology, and fostering meaningful connections with our target audience. You will work in collaboration with our field marketing teams to drive engagement and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for consumers interested in BONDS by IQOS products.
- Conduct high-quality product demonstrations to educate adult consumers on usage and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly engagement and conversion targets in designated outlets.
- Maintain high standards of brand appearance and operational excellence at all activation sites.
- Gather consumer feedback and market insights to report back to the regional management team.
- Manage inventory of promotional materials and product samples effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with all industry regulations and company policies regarding product promotion.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, sales, brand activation, or field marketing is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must be a non-smoker or an adult smoker aged 18+.
- Strong presentation skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Reside in or willing to commute to Surabaya.
