SHADE Botanicals is looking for an energetic and articulate Brand Ambassador to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be the face of our brand at various events, pop-up booths, and community gatherings.
As a Brand Ambassador, you won't just be selling tea—you will be an educator, sharing the story behind our botanical blends and helping customers find the perfect match for their lifestyle. We are seeking individuals with a strong hospitality mindset, a drive for sales, and the ability to represent our premium brand with professionalism and charm. Tanggung Jawab
- Represent SHADE Botanicals at promotional booths, local markets, and community events across Bali.
- Actively engage with event visitors to educate them on the health benefits and origin of our botanical tea products.
- Drive daily sales targets through persuasive communication and high-energy product demonstrations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle product inquiries with a deep understanding of our catalog.
- Ensure booth aesthetic and inventory levels meet company standards throughout the shift.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing team to improve brand presence.
- Represent the company values of wellness, sustainability, and quality in every customer interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or brand promotion.
- Aged 21 years or older.
- Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and a results-driven attitude.
- Exceptional hospitality mindset with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Must own a personal motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C license for transport to various event locations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable event hours.
