- Represent Izzo Jakarta as a brand ambassador at luxury hospitality events and client functions
- Deliver compelling product presentations to high-profile clients in Mandarin
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Provide exceptional client experiences that reflect the luxury brand's values
- Participate in marketing initiatives and promotional events
- Collect and report client feedback to improve brand experiences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve brand objectives
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in brand ambassador or similar client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for luxury hospitality
- Strong understanding of luxury brand values and standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events
- Basic knowledge of hospitality industry is a plus
