Tanggung Jawab
- Represent brand values through in-person product demonstrations and customer interactions
- Drive sales conversion by educating consumers on product features and benefits
- Execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations according to marketing strategy
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to inform brand strategies
- Maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate information to consumers
- Collaborate with retail teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and presentation skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or promotional campaigns preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets or KPIs
- Professional appearance and enthusiastic brand advocacy mindset
